KTTS is an employment placement agency that collaborates with various
employers to help candidates find work. KTTS assist the candidate in locating an
employer willing to sponsor them for U.S. lawful permanent resident status.

The employer will submit a PERM labor certification application along with a Form I-140 immigrant visa petition. KTTS understands that due to the changing landscape of immigration, employer capabilities, and economic conditions, the employer who hires the candidate may vary

KTTS Candidate and Immigration Status

KTTS candidates are spouses of J1 teachers, holding J2 visas, and have been granted employment authorization to work under any employer in the United States.

KTTS candidate holds at least two years of legal immigration status at the time of application and will maintain legal status in the United States throughout the EB3 permanent process.

Employment Requirement and KTTS responsibility

KTTS candidates must be certified as Nursing Assistant (CAN), LPN or RN at the time of this application. KTTS facilitate training through Next Level Health Care, Rock Hill, SC, to prepare candidates to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for all it candidates who do not hold any these qualifications, which is basic requirement for the sponsor’s job role.

The KTTS candidate start working with the Sponsor after all of the necessary documentation have been received and approved. KTTS candidate remain full time employee throughout the EB3 process. The employer agrees to schedule the candidate for a minimum of 40 hours per week.

KTTS Candidates understand that the employer may operate as a 7-day-a-week business and therefore cannot accommodate requests for schedule changes, shifts, or location preferences. Candidates are required to work full-time with the sponsoring employer.

The Employer agrees to pay KTTS candidate an hourly wage in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws, including but not limited to minimum wage requirements.

EB3 Processing and the employer’s responsibility

The employer is expected to file for labor certification (Form ETA – 9089) with the U.S. Department of Labor within (90) days of the candidate's commencement of employment. The employer will then file the I-140 and the subsequent EB3 visa. The employer shall be solely responsible for the all the fees and costs incurred in filing such applications.

Upon completing the three-year and the approval of the EB3 permanent residency status, the KTTS candidate the contract will automatically be renewed for additional two years.
